We do not sell, nor have we ever sold, imitations of fashion originals, exact copies, actual replicas, and certainly not counterfeits of original trademarked or copyrighted fashion accessories or products. You will not find designer labels or logos on our site.

That is why every product comes with a "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.1" If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply email us for a return authorization number and return the product within 5 days from the date you received the merchandise for a full refund (less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee.) Clearance items, Red Tag Sale items, Super Blow Out Sale items, or items purchased at wholesale are not included in this return policy and are non-refundable.
1) Items that are to be returned, must be in its original shape, free of any defect, including but not limited to stained, scratched or torn parts. Please note that you must first email us for a return authorization number.

Simply send us an E-mail and you will be issued a return authorization number which must accompany your return. Please note that all merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and without any damage. We will not accept any item that has been used or damaged.
Although we check all our merchandise for defects or damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers responsibility to check the product as well to make sure it is free of any defect. All defects must be reported to us via E-mail within three days from the date you receive the shipment. We will not accept any claim for damage or defect after the three-day period is over.

Our website inventory as well as our order processing are updated Sunday's, Monday's, and Wednsday's. This is in accordance to when we recieve shipments from our vendors.
